Do you enjoy working with your hands and creating art with paper? Chicago-based artist Katy Higgins will lead us in creating beautiful origami mobiles.  Katy studied Art & Design at Columbia College Chicago, and works in a variety of media including sculpture, jewelry, origami, miniatures, and illustration. Her whimsical creations are intended to elicit a smile or a closer look.  Parents are asked to stay and watch or help out as the kids create and take home their original origami mobiles.

All materials included. Registration closes on April 25.  All ages are welcome.

Meet in the Seminar Room on the 3rd Floor of the Evanston Public Library, 1703 Orrington Ave.
