Curiosity Hacked is designed to support the next generation of makers, explorers, entrepreneurs and leaders through activities that blend creativity with technical skill through the study of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).


Each family takes a turn in running a meeting. Organizing volunteer, Elaine Luther, will provide support and guidance to help you to choose and activity and to find resources. Past activities have included learning to program with Arduino, soldering electronic kits, and completing design/build challenges. Participants can earn badges from Adafruit.com and DIY.com. 


Meetings: Sundays, once a month, October - June, 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Meeting Location: Zenith Art Studio, 7756 W. Madison, #3, River Forest, IL 60305

Ages: 8 - 12



In addition to the registration fee which covers the entire program year, you will need to purchase a soldering iron, related supplies, and additional kits and supplies for activities as needed.
