What's reducing emissions--some wild ideas in the New York Times?

Take a look at the Climate Forward article in the New York Times through this link:  https://www.nytimes.com/2020/02/26/climate/nyt-climate-newsletter-coronavirus.html?te=1&nl=climate-fwd.

You'll see information on how the Coronavirus is temporarily reducing emissions, ideas coming from the field of geo-engineering (including "space mirrors" to reflect back the sun's rays like the reflective qualities of ice and snow, albedo), proposals to tweak ocean chemicals so that the ocean can absorb more carbon emissions (the ocean is a carbon sink), and even information on climate solutions advanced by the two contenders in the Democratic Party.

Have fun with these exciting ideas!

    Rhonda

P.S.  This article links to many others on climate change.
