Lecture: A Time for Reflection - A Message of Peace

November 11, 2018, marks one hundred years since the Armistice that ended World War I as well as the 146th birthday of Frederick Stock, music director of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra during the Great War. CSO archivist Frank Villella will examine how events before, during, and after the Great War affected the Orchestra and its members, along with the greater Chicago community.


$10 per person / $8 for Glessner House members
