Family Build: Bridges (ages 3+)

Chicago is the birthplace of skyscrapers, but it's also known for its innovative bridges. We'll learn about three types of bridges and how engineers built them. We'll also build our own bridges and test their strength.


$12 public (includes CAC admission)
Free for CAC members

Design and build with your family on Sunday mornings at the CAC. Join us in the studio for themed stations to introduce you to architecture basics, a design challenge and a take home project. Family Build is great for families with children ages 3 and up.


Notes:
  • Tickets for Family Build may be purchased in advance or on the day of the event at the CAC box office.
  • Ticket price includes entrance to the Chicago Architecture Center on the day of the event.
  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
