Angst features candid interviews with kids and young adults who suffer, or have suffered, from anxiety and what they’ve learned about it. 

 

The film includes discussions with mental health experts about the causes of anxiety and its sociological effects, as well as help, resources and tools.

 

The event will feature a viewing of the 43-minute film, followed by an informative discussion led by Dr. John Duffy, a highly sought-after clinical psychologist, best-selling author, certified life coach, and parenting and relationship expert.


Audience Guidelines:

Families, educators, students, and members of any community can benefit from this film (appropriate for age 10 years+).
