Children's Book Week Play Date

THIS EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! 


We invite you to join us for a very special playdate on Saturday, May 4, from 10am-1pm that will celebrate community connection, language and literacy. Children of all ages are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities related to literacy and art. A Book Fair will also be held in an adjacent room. 


This spring marks the centennial celebration of Children's Book Week, the nation's longest-running literacy initiative. Spearheaded by the Children's Book Council and its charitable arm, Every Child a Reader, Book Week will take place from April 29 to May 5. Click here for more events in your area.
