Aileen Kelleher (LCSW) will be introducing the basics of research-based techniques that can help improve children's behavior using empathy, encouragement and calm parenting. Based on the research of Alan Kazdin at Yale University, these basics are the foundation of the most effective behavioral change programs for children today. This presentation is geared for parents with children ages 3-13 years old.
