Parent Education Night - Building Resilience to Overcome Anxiety

Samantha Bill-Erlenbaugh will be presenting on building resilience within our children to overcome anxiety. The only way to truly overcome anxiety is to push right through it. During this talk you will learn why your teen is anxious and ways to help them build resilience to actually cope with it. You will leave this talk with supportive materials and tangible skills to use on a regular basis to help you and your teen feel more confident!

Speaker Bio:
Samantha Bill-Erlenbaugh is an Owner and Licensed Psychotherapist at The Centered Life. She is an expert in helping teens and adults who struggle with anxiety. Sam’s passion is showing her clients real strategies to finally gain control and confidence in coping with anxiety. She is also the CEO of Dare To End Anxiety, which is a national platform to give support and build a community to finally put an end to the increase in anxiety that is happening in our world today.
