Chronicling nearly 15 years Haviland’s academic journey as a young Black child through the private elite school process, and her father’s (a scholar of gifted children), academic model in action.
This webinar will delve into how can parents, teachers, and G/T program coordinators cope with protecting their child(rens) emotional well-being? How does the gifted child navigate their own emotional space? The intersections class, culture, gender and race will be discussed.
