Book Club Discussion
& Virtual Coffee

You’re invited to join hosts Violeta Balan, a CGCC parent along with Katherine Peterson, a SENG Model Parent Group Facilitator, in an online book club conversation created to support your journey as parents of gifted children.

This week's  book is: GIFTEDNESS 101 by Linda Kreger Silverman.

We have started discussing this book at our May 21, 2020 meeting, but decided to continue the conversation stemming from this book for at least another session.  This will give the chance to some parents to finish it and the rest to reflect more on the wonderful writing and advice included in this book.

There are lots of ways to get books these days and this title, while a bit pricier at $29.92, is also available to rent or purchase on Kindle. The book may also be available from your local library with download service. If you have trouble getting the book, please email Katherine.

No pressure to read the book in its entirety, choose the sections that speak to your needs.  Once you register, the confirmation email will include some discussion questions to keep in mind while reading the book and the Zoom info you need to connect.

Welcome to you all, with whatever time you have to partake in building our gifted community through reading, understanding and conversation.

Please reach out with any questions to Katherine Peterson or
Violeta Balan.

Next book discussion: June 18, 2020.
