Why Top Students Don't Get Into Top Colleges

This year, the college application landscape has been radically changing, leading to potential pitfalls for students aiming for top colleges.  Consultant Susan Goodkin is offering a free webinar to make sure that your students don't make the common mistakes she sees all too often -- and that families understand the new issues in college planning.  We'll discuss what you need to know and what mistakes to avoid - - starting in 9th grade - - about topics including curriculum, testing (lots of changes this year!), extracurricular activities, and college applications, including application options (options like ED 2, which didn't exist when we applied, can radically impact your student's chances of getting in!). Plus, a Q & A session!  All registrants will also receive a college-planning hand-out.
