Anderson's Bookshops' 19th Annual Children's Literature Breakfast

This beloved annual children's literature breakfast goes virtual in 2021! Educators in the know have been attending this event for nearly 20 years, but since we can't be together in person right now we're excited to share the best in children's literature with you in a virtual format.

Fantastic keynote speakers, an in-depth booktalk from our bookselling experts, 20% off the featured titles from our online store, and a raffle drawing for an illustrated director's chair (proceeds to benefit charity).

Keynote speakers will be announced one at a time as we get closer to the event!

1/29: Our first Keynote Speaker will be: Caldecott Medalist DAN SANTAT!
(all who attend will have the exclusive chance to purchase Dan's new book BEFORE it is released to the public!)

2/5: Our second Keynote Speaker to be announced is two time Newbery Honor Medalist KIMBERLY BRUBAKER BRADLEY!

2/10: Our third Keynote Speaker to be announced is three time Newbery Honor Medalist and Edwards Award Winner GARY PAULSEN!

2/12: Our fourth Keynote Speaker to be announced is author and Phenomenal Woman Action Campaign founder MEENA HARRIS!

So put on a pot of coffee or tea, keep your slippers on, and join us from the comfort of your own home! Register here and the event link will be sent out the morning of the event.  Continuing education hours available.  Tickets are non-refundable.

For more details and registration, please see here. $25 fee.  For other author's talks, check out their calendar
