COVID Vaccines: Fact vs. Fiction

Dr. Michael Lin, a hospital epidemiologist from Rush, will discuss the importance of receiving the COVID Vaccine and answer your questions.

Nearly one-year into the COVID-19 Pandemic, hope is on the horizon in the form of the COVID vaccines. Dr. Michael Lin, an infectious disease physician and Hospital Epidemiologist with Rush University Medical Center, is going to discuss the importance of the COVID vaccines, how vaccines work, and answer lingering questions you may have about the vaccines and the pandemic.

This past year has been atypical in so many ways--the pandemic has produced a whirlwind of ever-changing information, with new stories about what is and isn’t real popping up all the time. That has been true with COVID, both at the outset of the pandemic, and now with the release of the vaccines. If you’re feeling unsure about the vaccines, or about all of the information flying around, we encourage you to join us for this program. Our goal is to provide reliable information from experts who you can trust. If you have questions about the vaccines, or how you can sign up to receive the vaccine, we invite you to join us for this program.
