On War Military History Symposium

The symposium features Colonel David M. Glantz, USA (Ret), a preeminent historian on the Soviet Red Army during WWII. COL Glantz and fellow military historians will discuss the role of the Red Army on Germany’s Eastern Front in World War II and chronologically explore the nine seasonal campaigns comprising the Soviets and Germans at war. The final wrap up session will identify and discuss some of the major controversies regarding the war’s conduct.

The symposium will take place on Monday, May 3 & Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Central Time) each day. Tickets are $50 or $25 for the Museum members. Early Bird pricing available.
