Online Support Group for Families of 2e Children & Teens in a New Era by Twice Exceptional Children's Advocacy (TECA)
Feeling a little unbalanced and uncertain these days? You’re not alone. Balancing and maintaining work, home, mental and physical health, hybrid and remote learning, screen time and play is an exercise in mental and physical acrobatics for every parent. Parents of 2e kids may be feeling particularly isolated from resources right now and may need some extra support.
Led by TECA President Melissa Sornik, LCSW and co-facilitated by TECA Executive Director Maratea Cantarella, TECA’s 20-21 series of online support groups offer family members the chance to learn and share strategies for parenting our uniquely gifted 2e kids in these especially trying times.
Groups are open to parents and guardians of all twice exceptional children and teens. For complete details and registration, please see here.
