Open House at Illinois Holocaust Museum

Join the Teen Leadership Board and Young Professional Committee for an "open house" day at the Museum. Admission will be free to all, and there will be special events taking place all day long.

1:30 - 2:30 pm | Survivor Legacy Panel in Goodman Auditorium

The panel will include a Holocaust Survivor and the descendants of Survivors who will share their family stories and experiences.

2:30 - 3:30 pm | Survivor Q&A in Hall of Reflection and Library

Holocaust Survivors and their families will share personal artifacts from the Museum's archives that are not usually on display.

1:00 - 4:00 pm | Rock Painting in Peace Garden

Supplies for painting and decorating "kindness rocks" will be available for visitors outdoors near the Fountain of the Righteous, or in the event of rain, in the light side lobby near the Legacy Shop.

1:00 - 4:00 pm | Museum Scavenger Hunt

Can you find the 5 Museum logos hidden throughout the building? Enter the scavenger hunt for a chance to win a goodie basket with prizes from the Legacy Shop!
