The ABCs of AUTISM: Anxiety, Behavior, and Coping Strategies: Inspiration / Information / Insight

presented by Larry Davis

Within the context of an “epidemic”, we see more children identified with Autism than ever before. This presentation is designed to inspire and inform parents who experience the most extraordinary kids imaginable; kids on the spectrum or those who face Sensory Processing challenges. We will address often overlooked attributes including “high sensitivity”, stress, and inflammation, and their impact on the human condition. In addition, the 60 minute presentation will feature strategies and perspectives which you can immediately implement at home. Overall, this will be one of the most up-beat and inspirational workshops on this topic ever!

About The Presenter

Larry Davis has been creating bridges between teachers, staff, and parents nationally through education advocacy since 1998. He has seen it all when it comes to supporting families on this path.

Making a difference from the inside-out, Larry brings to the conversation extensive experience as a District Special Education Director, Highly Capable Coordinator, Behavior Specialist, Elementary Principal, and a K-8 classroom teacher. Expertise and insight on teaching, learning, and student behavior guides his work.

As an author, trainer, and guest speaker, his message continues to inspire audiences through the simple theme: Love, Understanding, and Other Best Practices: The title of his first book.
