Family Saturday: Breath. Stop.

Family Saturdays take place the first Saturday of every month October-June from 2-4p at the Logan Center for the Arts. All workshops are free and appropriate for families with children ages 2-12.

JANUARY FAMILY SATURDAY

Stretch, breathe, and find fun ways to regroup through arts and crafts and puppetry with your family!

2-3pm (Best for ages 2-6): Family Yoga with Buddha Belly Kids Yoga

Join us for a fun exploration in awareness and meditation as we take on the new year!

2-4p (All Ages): Arts and Crafts with Live Arts Studio

Create arts and crafts that keep you grounded and peaceful in the new year!

3-4p (Ages 5-9): Brown Paper Puppetry Workshop

All supplies are provided for this puppetry creation workshop.
