Inside the 2e Journey: A Landmark Community Event A Night of Film, Reflection & Conversation Join Us For A Special Screening of 2e: Twice Exceptional The Movie Fifteen years ago, the award-winning documentary 2e: Twice Exceptional helped the world see neurodiversity in a new light, introducing global audiences to the concept of twice-exceptionality and shining a spotlight on Bridges Academy, Studio City, California as a pioneer in 2e education. Now, for the first time, the Bridges 2e Center invites families, educators, students, and advocates to experience the film in a new way through an interactive evening of film, live commentary, and deep conversation with the people who helped shape this movement. This special event will feature: Tom Ropelewski: Acclaimed Hollywood filmmaker and Director of 2e: Twice Exceptional Dr. Susan Baum: one of the world’s foremost scholars in twice-exceptionality Sydney Frank: one of the students featured in the film, reflecting on her journey since its release And More... Together, they’ll explore the film’s lasting impact, what has changed for 2e learners in the years since, and what the next chapter of the movement might hold.
