The 2e Center Speaker Series Presents Beyond Defiance: Supporting ODD at Home and in the Classroom with Dr. Sara Renzulli

  • December 11, 2025
  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Navigating challenging or oppositional behavior can feel overwhelming, but in 2e learners, defiance is often a signal of deeper needs. In this session, we look beyond the behavior to understand what’s underneath, and how to respond in ways that foster connection and growth. Join Mark Long, CEO of Bridges Education Group, in conversation with Dr. Sara Renzulli (University of Connecticut) for a discussion on the underlying contributors to challenging behavior and how insight into these patterns can positively impact home and school environments.
