Gifted and twice-exceptional kids often feel things intensely, and those emotional outbursts can be tough on everyone involved: the student, their peers, and the adults trying to help.

​Dr. Matt Zakreski, joins us to unpack the psychology and neuroscience behind emotional intensity, with real, usable techniques for building self-regulation skills.
