Family Day: Rain Drawings

Join Chicago artist Brent Fogtas we make “rain drawings” using a cool technique he developed using water, leaves, and ink!

Taking inspiration from some of the painted Asian ink scrolls on view in the galleries, we’ll use rain, ink, and summertime flora (leaves, stems, sticks, and twigs) to create beautiful and mysterious designs on paper.

This program will be held outdoors—even in case of sun! 

All materials provided. Feel free to bring your own leavesActivities are best for kids ages 4–12, accompanied by an adult.
