DESIGN TEAM activities allow families to share in the creative process through interactive investigations, hands-on exploration and crafts.

 

Frank Lloyd Wright Trust educators lead sessions in collaboration with students from the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools. Programs include:

 

July 9: Color and Light: The World Through My Window - Create unique window designs inspired by Wright's magnificent Robie House windows.


July 16: Building Blocks of Architecture: Designing with LEGO© - Use LEGOs to solve a design problem and create your own building. 

 

July 23: Sun Prints: Designing with Nature and Light - Make your own photographic image to take home.


July 30: Junior Architects: Designing and Building My New Home - Build your perfect home from cardboard and found objects.

 

$5 per child. Accompanying adults FREE.
