The Every Student Succeeds Act is the first federal legislation in 27 years to directly address the needs of gifted and talented children. Districts who receive Title I and Title II funds are required to properly identify and serve highly able learners and report on their efforts. ESSA provides a window that we would like to fling open with YOUR help.
