2e Tools and Tips Workshop - Writing

May 9, 2016

Naperville Municipal Building – Room B

7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

SOS for 2e is excited to welcome back Adrienne Osmun to end our 2015-2016 school year series of Guest Speakers.  This past school year we have tackled many important subjects and topics which continues to educate and empower us as our children's number one advocate.  As summer approaches the SOS for 2e group will be taking this time off from Guest Speakers and Parent Support Meetings.  I will still be checking emails for announcements and answering parents questions and concerns.  We will start our 2016-2017 series of Guest Speakers and Parent Support Meetings in August.  Thank you for your support of our group and look forward to seeing everyone next August for another informative and impactful year.

Please join us on May 9th from 7:00-8:30, as Adrienne Osmun, M.S. Ed.,  shares some tools and tips for helping our 2e kids plan and organize their writing assignments.  As writing demands increase, many of our students are overwhelmed with the process and struggle to get their thoughts into words.  Adrienne will share some simple, easy to follow  approaches that she uses with her clients.  Adrienne is a private Education & Learning consultant who specializes in helping twice-exceptional students and their families use practical and strategic approaches to learning and supports both at home and in the school setting.  To learn more about her, visit thelearnerfocus.net.”
