Tween Workshop: The Making of a Woodblock Print

Ages 9–12; $10 per member tween, $12 per nonmember tween


Witness first-hand the beauty and complexity of Japanese woodblock prints. Explore traditional tools and papers as a teaching artist demonstrates transferring designs to a block, carving, and basic printing techniques. Come prepared to get your hands inky. 


This workshop is designed for tweens on their own without an adult companion. Please enter your tween's name when asked for a registering adult. Thank you.
