Addressing Anxiety in Children and Adolescents

  • October 23, 2017
  • 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Tallgrass Sudbury School, Riverside

Join Tallgrass Sudbury School for a talk and discussion about how to help your children avoid stress and anxiety - and how to help them if they are already struggling with these feelings. Children and adolescents are increasingly facing pressures from school, homework, and extracurricular activities. But you don’t have to fall into the trap of stress, and if you are already there, there is a way out.

Melissa Bradford is the founder of Tallgrass Sudbury School, a PhD candidate at DePaul University, an adjunct faculty member at Joliet Junior College, and the mother of two grown children. She’ll share her professional and personal experiences, and end with a group discussion.
