Hoot and Howl Hike (ages 8+)

Winter is a great time to listen for coyotes and owls, which are active year-round. Bundle up and learn about these amazing animals while we listen for them in the preserve. Perhaps we’ll get lucky enough to hear a hoot and a howl.


Dress in layers and wear warm, sturdy boots. Trail may be snow covered and uneven. If there is deep snow cover, snowshoes are recommended.


Meet in the Welcome Center.

Adult supervision required.
