Let's meet and provide support to each other as we learn about and implement strategies to improve executive functioning skills.
Discover the physical and emotional components of executive functioning with the interactive book Smart but Scattered.
We will have a mix of in-person and online interaction during this book study. There will be 4 in-person meetings and 4 weeks of asynchronous online interaction.
