Professional Member Catherine Gruener presents
Resiliency During a Pandemic:
How Parents Can Help Themselves Help Their Children

As we reflect on the beginnings of 2021, there is much hope that we finally are turning the corner on the pandemic. In this homestretch, how can we continue to support our children while we are running out of steam ourselves? How do we help them with their increased levels of anxiety, stress, and existential questioning, especially when their usual intensity seems to be even MORE these days?

Catherine will help us to find resiliency and to uplift ourselves as parents. When we support hope in ourselves, we are better able support resiliency in our children.  Join us for a tranquil evening of quieting our minds to enable us to understand and to support our children.
