The Illinois Prairie

Join us for a program chronicling the history of Illinois prairies before and after contact with settlers. We'll head out to our own prairie and see some of the plants being preserved today in prairie remnants and restorations.

The Chicago Gifted Community Center (CGCC) is a member-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by parents to support the intellectual and emotional growth of gifted children and their families.
