Chicago Kids and Kites Festival

Spring truly takes flight in Chicago on May 4 at the Chicago Kids and Kites Festival. Lincoln Park's Cricket Hill will be the point of takeoff for the many participants in this free festival which provides free kite kits to make, decorate and fly. In addition to distributing kite kits, the festival will include demonstrations from professional kite-flyers, strolling entertainment and the opportunity to purchase kites.  Kite kits are distributed while supplies last.
