Explore the exhibition They Seek a City: Chicago and the Art of Migration, 1910–1950 on an interactive family gallery walk; then create your own masterpiece in the Artist’s Studio (all ages). Stop by the Teen Studio (ages 13–19) for a special activity. Listen to tales of migration in a storytelling program by the performance duo In the Spirit. Celebrate the opening of the new picture book exhibition Play, Pretend, and Dream: Caldecott Medal and Honor Books, 2010–2013 with a visit to the Little Studio (ages 3–5) or by attending Curator’s Corner (ages 6 and up). Plus, meet our lovable mascot, Artie the Lion!
