How do gifted adults find satisfying careers? How do they manage multiple interests and abilities and turn them into careers? What do they do when they think faster than their colleagues and know more than their supervisors? How do they handle their high expectations, high standards, and idealism? These and other questions will be explored in this SENGinar.
